What happens during a Body Align Assessment?

Get ready... It's going to be a fun journey of self-discovery. In this 45-55-minute session in our Body Align Lab, we'll discover exactly how you can be better supported underfoot. Proactively achieve your best body alignment, prevent or rid yourself of pain, and move better because you have more energy and are so much more comfortable on your feet. In this two-way learning session, we get to the root causes of discomfort to guide you into better body alignment. Your Align clinician will discover the intricacies of your unique biomechanics and help correct imbalances that can put the body at risk for short and long-term damage. The Body Align Assessment includes an in-depth analysis of your gait, posture, and biomechanics, along with a completely personalized treatment plan, including the digital design for any orthotics and shoe-fitting tutorials to help you select the best shoes for your feet:

Musculoskeletal Testing with our certified strength and conditioning approach determines target areas affecting your gait.
Movement Analysis uses slow motion video at 240-frames-per-second by Align Clinician biomechanics experts to measure exact misalignment angles and gait characteristics to be improved.
Simple Functional Movement Exercises are recommended to strengthen how you uniquely move.
Wardrobe Clean to analyze your existing shoes and help you determine what is helping or hindering you.

What is Align’s cancellation policy?
